Microsports Football Coaching Programme - Elite Lionesses

This 55 minute session will consist of a quick warm up followed by match play. Perfect for girls who already have knowledge of the game or are in teams and just want to play to build confidence or because they love the game.

Sessions will take place outdoors or indoors depending on weather, NO STUDDED BOOTS TO BE WORN, please wear indoor trainers or astro turf trainers.
