Walking Football

Walking Football is a unique small-sided ball game created by John Croot in 2011. It’s similar in some respects to Association Football and this is what makes it such a great sport. It’s the game you love and remember but played in a new way.

Tennis For Free

Tennis For Free was established in 2004 to address the barriers for participation in Tennis (ie court charges) and to bring the benefits of playing tennis and becoming actively engaged in sport to as many young people and families as possible.

Clubbercise

Clubbercise® classes are taught in a darkened room with disco lights and our trademark LED glow sticks set to a soundtrack of old and new club hits. A fusion of dance, toning and combat moves with high/low impact options for all fitness levels, one class burns around 600 calories.

Tim Henman Foundation

The Tim Henman Foundation is an independent grant making charitable foundation. Relaunched by Tim Henman in 2015, the charity has given opportunities to vulnerable young people.
