Walking Football Programme


Walking football is great fun. If you've never tried it, come and have a go! The sessions are enjoyable, with the emphasis on a little bit of fitness and getting to know other people. Each week in the hourly session we split the teams into two (normally 5 or 6 a side) and play for 15/20 minutes, have a quick drinks break and then get on and play the next game. I guarantee you that you will build up a bit of a sweat as although you're not running the ball does get zipped around Barcelona style. 


Thursday at 7pm - 8pm (aged 45 - 60)
