Tennis Coaching Programme

Research has shown that tennis is one of the best first sports for a child to learn. The children will have lots of fun with the racket and ball, hitting over a net. However, they will also be learning key skills such as balance, changing direction and movement. 

Wednesday (aged 18 - 30s) at 6pm - 7pm

Friday (aged 17+) at 7pm - 8:30pm

Saturday (aged 3 - 5; tots tennis) at 9am - 9:45am

(aged 6 - 8; mini tennis red) at 10am - 11am

(adult cardio tennis) at 9:15am - 10am

Sunday (aged 5 - 8; mini tennis red) at 10am - 11am

             (aged 9 - 10; mini tennis orange/green) at 11am - 12am

             Private lessons are also available.
